When you submit an enquiry or quote request, we collect your name, suburb and the details of the work you describe, plus the phone number and/or email address you give us. You can also choose to give us the job address, the type of property, the service you need, your preferred contact method and time, whether the job is urgent, and photos of the job. We also record which page the enquiry came from so we know what you were reading.
Where your enquiry goes
Enquiries sent through this website are saved to a secure database run by our website hosting provider, and any photos you attach are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Your enquiry is also sent automatically to ServiceM8, our job-management system, where your details and photos are added as a quote job so it can be quoted, scheduled and tracked through to completion.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out and invoice work, and keep records of work performed.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — such as our website hosting and job-management providers — and where we are required to by law.
Storage and security
Access to enquiry details and photos is restricted to KBR Electrical. We keep records for as long as we need them for business and legal purposes.
Access, correction and complaints
