Will I receive an electrical safety certificate?+
Yes. For electrical installation work, we provide the required certificate of testing and compliance. For electrical equipment work, we provide the required certificate of testing and safety. We'll explain which certificate applies to your job.
Which areas of Brisbane do you cover?+
We're based in Albany Creek and work across Brisbane's Northside, the CBD and surrounding suburbs — from The Gap and Ashgrove through to Nundah, Sandgate and North Lakes, plus Inner-city and Eastern suburbs such as New Farm, Hamilton and Bulimba. If your suburb isn't listed, give us a call and we'll let you know.
Do you quote before starting work?+
For planned work, yes — a written quote covering the scope and what's included. For fault finding and repairs, we explain how we charge before we attend and check with you before carrying out additional work outside the agreed scope.
What smoke alarm requirements apply to my property?+
All existing Queensland homes, townhouses and units must have interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms by 1 January 2027, and the requirement already applies when a home is sold, leased or re-leased. We can check what your property has and what it still needs.
What happens after I submit the quote request form?+
Kaleb will review your enquiry and contact you to discuss the work and next steps. An appointment is only booked once we have confirmed the arrangements with you.
